We are seeking a fearless Sales Leader – a tenacious hunter and player coach -  who thrives on building relationships and driving revenue, while mentoring and elevating their team to achieve unstoppable success.   
 
What You’ll Do
This role is integral to strategic sales execution, marketing coordination, growing and expanding in central Texas, and team development, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and values.
 
  • 80% player and 20% coach to growing sales team
  • Champion and embody the company’s core values in all business activities.
  • Drive new sales personally using the Mooring sales philosophy and process
  • Lead, coach, motivate, develop and hold the sales team accountable to meet revenue and profit goals
  • Sell mitigation, restoration, and remodel services to prospective clients in targeted industries.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events, engaging with potential clients and industry leaders.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
 
Qualifications
 
Required:

  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: 5+ years of successful external field sales experience in business development and sales leadership.
  • Executive Presence & Relationship Building: Ability to engage and influence decision-makers across multiple industries at multiple levels within the organizations.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying business expansion opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively convey value propositions and maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal: 

  • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, insurance risk market, or commercial mitigation and restoration services.
  • Knowledge of contractual relationships, estimating, collections, and risk mitigation.
  • Background working with insurance brokers, adjusters, and consultants
