What You’ll Do
This role is key to expanding our presence in Central Texas and supporting our commercial clients during critical times of need.

  • Prospect and build relationships with new commercial clients across multiple industries.
  • Promote mitigation, restoration, and remodel services in targeted verticals.
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and community outreach opportunities.
  • Represent the Mooring brand with professionalism and purpose.
  • Track sales activity and customer touchpoints using internal systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.
Qualifications
 
Required:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in external sales, preferably in restoration, construction, property services, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for results.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ideal: 

  • Experience in commercial real estate, insurance, property management, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with mitigation/restoration processes and terminology.
  • Ability to navigate complex client needs and communicate clear value solutions.
