Who We Want
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager—a seasoned professional with deep commercial construction expertise who thrives on leading diverse teams, managing multiple large-scale projects, and maintaining the highest standards of client service, quality, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
Based out of our Grand Prairie, TX office, the Senior Project Manager will lead high-visibility commercial construction and reconstruction projects, mentor project teams, and oversee operations across all phases—from initial planning through final execution. This role will require the ability to travel nationally and remain on project sites for extended periods as needed to ensure project success.  

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for large or complex commercial construction assignments.
  • Read, interpret, and manage prime contracts, change orders, payment applications, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage project staffing, subcontractor relationships, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct project buyouts, create budgets, forecast outcomes, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Mentor and train project team members to develop a high-performing, cohesive team.
  • Act as a liaison with clients, architects, municipal authorities, and subcontractors to resolve challenges and maintain schedule momentum.
  • Maintain rigorous cost control, quality assurance, and risk mitigation throughout all project phases.
  • Lead regular meetings, reporting, and documentation of project progress, safety, and financials.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of commercial construction/reconstruction project management experience.
  • Proven success managing multiple or large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills.
  • Experience with project management software (Xactimate, Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred:

  • Background in commercial insurance construction and tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to collaborate with design teams and municipal authorities.
  • Knowledge of cost reporting and risk management best practices.

Work Structure

  • Remote work: 60%
  • In-office (Grand Prairie, TX): 20%
  • Travel to project sites: 20% (as needed)
