Who We Want
We’re seeking a Contract Administrator with strong organizational instincts, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for contract compliance, renewals, and opportunity analysis—ensuring we never miss a deadline or a strategic opportunity.
What You’ll Do
This role is critical to optimizing our contract management systems and ensuring our teams stay informed, prepared, and compliant.
- Manage and maintain master service agreement (MSA) databases with accuracy
- Monitor compliance timelines and alert leadership to critical contract actions
- Research bid opportunities from government and private sector sources
- Evaluate alignment between bid requests and organizational capabilities
- Coordinate contract renewals for GPOs and maintain membership standing
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on contract portfolio activity and CRM follow-ups
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for contract clarification and resolution
- Support the Chief Revenue Officer and business development teams with contract-related tasks
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or business development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, contract databases, and CRM systems
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and portals (e.g., SAM.gov)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ideal:
- Experience with GPO renewals, vendor negotiation, and internal compliance protocols
- Ability to analyze data and synthesize actionable insights
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative communication style
- Experience supporting executive leadership in cross-functional roles

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
