We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist to lead and support the day-to-day technology functions that power our growing, multi-location organization. This is a key role for someone who combines technical skill with a service mindset—ensuring our infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and in alignment with our mission.

What You’ll Do
As an IT Operations Specialist, you’ll manage critical infrastructure, oversee cybersecurity and cloud systems, and collaborate with our MSP and internal departments to ensure seamless IT service delivery across the organization.

  • Lead day-to-day IT operations including infrastructure, systems monitoring, and end-user support
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement long-term IT strategies
  • Work with MSP to manage and improve cloud services, cybersecurity protocols, and system performance
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset tracking, and business continuity planning
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices
  • Manage IT budget, vendor contracts, and procurement processes
  • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in strategic planning and present IT initiatives to executive stakeholders
  • Ensure 24/7 continuity through disaster recovery planning and support readiness
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years in IT operations or infrastructure support
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure), and cybersecurity standards
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience managing MSP/vendor relationships
  • Strong written documentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects, assets, and system upgrades
  • Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
Preferred:

  • Relevant IT certifications
  • Experience in construction or restoration industries
  • Background in data compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, or similar frameworks)
