Who We Want

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, exceptional content creation skills, and a passion for building brand presence. You’ll help tell our story, connect with our audience, and support our sales team with compelling campaigns and collateral.

What You’ll Do

This role is key to developing and executing marketing strategies that amplify Mooring’s brand and drive engagement.

  • Develop and communicate comprehensive marketing plans and campaign results to leadership
  • Assist with outbound and inbound marketing initiatives, including advertising, content creation, and event planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts across departments
  • Build and manage a results-driven social media strategy
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social, digital platforms, blogs, and sales collateral
  • Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for engagement
  • Manage online reputation and respond to audience inquiries
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing memberships, events, and trade shows
  • Capture project and worksite media content for use across Mooring channels
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience tracking and reporting campaign performance
  • Commercial awareness paired with a creative mindset
  • Proficiency in digital and social media platforms
Ideal:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or service-based industries
  • Skilled in content writing, editing, and visual storytelling
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and marketing analytics tools
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events, trade shows, and content gathering
